Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Click on a campus link to sign up for a 30 minute in-person advising appointment at that campus:
Virtual Call Backs and Appointments
Do you have admissions or registration questions, but can’t make it to campus? Sign up to receive a same day virtual call back from an Enrollment Advisor:
Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Current Students: Meet with your assigned Program Advisor or Counselor based on your program of study. They offer 30 minute appointments to help you with advising, registration, creating a MyDegreePlan, graduation and more. If you are not taking classes for a degree or certificate, you won't have a Program Advisor or Counselor. However, you can still get help from an advisor.

To schedule an appointment with your Program Advisor or Counselor:
Login to MyPima
Select the “Academic” tab

Our student-focused counselors can help you find solutions to educational, career and personal concerns. We tap into resources both at Pima Community College and community agencies. Undecided about your major or program?
You may be starting college with only a vague idea of what to choose as a major (i.e., degree or certificate) and what to do as a career. If you do select a major early on, you may find that your choice of major will change as you take courses. That’s OK! However, if you have a specific area of study that you know you enjoy, declaring a major gives you a goal, keeps you focused and motivates you to study.
Our financial aid office has advisors that can assist you when completing the FAFSA and the required supporting documents. You can also access financial aid videos at anytime in MyPima that are designed to help students complete the process and understand how financial aid works. To reach a financial aid advisor, call during regular business hours or send an email.
Monday - Thursday: 9:00am-4:00pm, Friday: 10:00am-4:00pm
