D2L Brightspace Guide
Welcome to our D2L Brightspace Guide for Students!
You will use D2L Brightspace to access course material, reading lists, discussions, quizzes and assignments. You will complete assignments, discussions and quizzes, and then submit them to your instructor for evaluation. After your instructor has evaluated your assignments and quizzes, you can view your grades. You can also monitor your own progress in a course. To communicate with your instructor or other students, you can use an Email tool, or post messages in online discussions.

Learn how to view all course announcements, updates and upcoming calendar events - as well as how to adjust email alerts (D2L Notifications).
The "Content" tab is the front door into your online class. Visit this page to learn how to use this tab to access your course syllabus and most, if not all course materials.
Pima's "Assessment" tab provides quick links to essential learning tools built into D2L like the Discussions, Quizzes and Assignments tool - as well as links to the D2L Grades and Rubrics tool.
Pima's "Course Resource Tab" includes various tools to enhance your learning experience including: Classlist, Virtual Classroom, Groups and many other tools including a direct link to the PCC Library.
