Advising, Counseling, Financial Aid, ADR, Veterans
& Student Receivable Services
There are several different convenient ways to connect with PCC academic advisors. Click on the "Academic Advising Virtual & In-Person Services Information" button below to get connected.
New Students: Enrollment Advisors are available to assist you as a new student with admissions, creating your first semester schedule, registration and more.
Current Students: Meet with your assigned Program Advisor or Counselor based on your program of study. They offer 30 minute appointments to help you with advising, registration, creating a MyDegreePlan, graduation and more. If you are not taking classes for a degree or certificate, you won't have a Program Advisor or Counselor. However, you can still get help from an advisor.
Our student-focused counselors can help you find solutions to educational, career and personal concerns. We tap into resources both at Pima Community College and community agencies. Visit the main counseling website for more information or connect to a PCC counselor by completing one of the two Google form options below.
Undecided about your major or program?
Our financial aid office has advisors that can assist you when completing the FAFSA and the required supporting documents. You can also access financial aid videos at anytime in MyPima that are designed to help students complete the process and understand how financial aid works. To reach a financial aid advisor, call during regular business hours or send an email.
